Support
One game means a short support page. If something here is broken, confusing, or just annoying, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
Frequently asked
No. There is no purchase of any kind on this site — no coin packs, no subscriptions, no ads that unlock features. The game is free the first time you open it and free every time after.
No, and we won't add that. If your balance drops below the smallest stake, betting is disabled and the table tells you so. Press “reset balance” or reload the page and you're back to 1,000 coins.
Never. Virtual coins hold no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, or redeemed for anything, and exist only in your browser while the page is open.
No. The balance lives in memory for the life of the tab. Close or reload the page and it returns to the starting amount. Nothing is written to an account, because there are no accounts.
By one fixed rule, applied identically every hand: the dealer draws while holding sixteen or less and stands on any total of seventeen or more, including a soft seventeen. The rule is printed on the game page beside the table.
Yes. Each round builds a full fifty-two-card deck and shuffles it with a Fisher-Yates pass before any card is dealt. Nothing is pre-arranged, and the game does not adjust the deck based on how you are doing.
Twenty-one on the first two cards pays 3 to 2 — a 100-coin stake returns 150. Any other winning hand pays 1 to 1, and equal totals push, returning your stake.
No. There is no registration, no email required, and no password. Open the page and deal.
Adults aged 18 or over. Sellentrake is social gaming for entertainment purposes only, and is not intended for anyone below that age.
Reload the page. Because nothing is stored, a reload costs you nothing and clears any odd state. If it keeps happening, write to us with your browser and version and we'll look into it.
Contact
Email is the only channel we run, and it's the one we actually watch: support@sellentrake.com
A person reads every message, usually within two working days. To save a round trip, tell us which browser and device you're using and roughly what happened before the problem appeared — a screenshot helps more than a description.
Please don't send us personal information we haven't asked for. We don't need your full name, your location, or anything financial, and we would rather not hold what we don't need. Our privacy page sets out what happens to the messages we do receive.
If you're writing about your own play habits rather than a bug, say so — we'll reply properly rather than with a support template, and the responsible play page is a reasonable place to start in the meantime.
